Hotel facilites (e.g.pool and gym)

We aim to keep our facilities open, if possible, in a safe way. As it might differ between hotels and countries, you will find detailed information about the hotel facilities on the hotel pages.

 Safety routines at our hotels

  • Team members are trained in enhanced cleaning routines, both within personal hygiene and new cleaning routines. We are also following guidelines provided by local health ities.
  • High-touch areas, such as bathrooms, elevator buttons and remote controls, are disinfected and cleaned with a higher frequency.
  • Hand alcohol stations and disposable gloves are available in lobbies and by restaurants.
  • All tables, menus and chairs in our restaurants are cleaned at a much higher frequency, and after each seating.
  • Loose items such as pens, note pads and information material are removed from rooms and meeting rooms.

Lets stay safe together

  • When traveling as a family or group, let only one person in your company manage your check-in/check-out, to avoid crowding at the reception.
  • Avoid crowding in the elevator, if you would like to take the stair, the receptionist is happy to point out where to find them.
